Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our projection screens

What projection screen size should I choose?

The ideal screen size depends on your personal preference, but especially on the projection distance of your projector.

Every projector has a different throw ratio. Two projectors positioned at the same distance of, for example, 3 metres will not necessarily produce the same image size.

For home use, projection screens between 84" and 120" are generally recommended. Our best-selling size is 92".

Which screen format should I choose: 4:3 or 16:9?

That mainly depends on how you intend to use your projection screen.

16:9 - Widescreen
Ideal for movies, Netflix, TV series, sports and home cinema.
4:3 - Traditional format
Suitable for presentations, schools and businesses that use the 4:3 format.

Always check the aspect ratio supported by your projector and the content you want to display.

Do I always have to pull my manual screen all the way down?

No, that is not necessary!

Our manual projection screens feature an auto-stop mechanism. This allows you to pull the screen down to your preferred height and easily lock it into position.

You therefore do not need to fully extend the projection screen every time.

Can I collect my screen myself to save on shipping costs?

Absolutely! Projection screens often have large shipping dimensions, which means courier companies charge relatively high delivery fees.

Instead of including these costs in our selling prices, we keep our product prices as competitive as possible. That is why we offer the option to collect your order yourself.

Collection Point Herentals

After placing your order, your package will be transferred from our warehouse to our collection point in Herentals. This usually takes 1 to 2 working days.

Collection: after receiving confirmation that your package is ready, on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Please note: this location is exclusively a collection point. There is no showroom or Top-Vision staff on site.

Warehouse Mol

Collecting your order directly from our warehouse in Mol offers greater flexibility. Depending on our availability, collection may also be possible on Saturdays or Sundays.

Important: collection in Mol is strictly by appointment, on an agreed date and at a fixed time.

Tip: check the dimensions of your package beforehand to make sure it fits in your vehicle.

Can Dutch business customers order without Belgian VAT?

Yes, this is possible! As a Dutch business customer, you may qualify for an intra-Community supply without Belgian VAT, provided the applicable conditions are met.

Simply register during checkout and enter your valid Dutch VAT number. This allows us to verify the necessary details and issue a correct intra-Community invoice.

Once all the required conditions have been met, your order will be invoiced without Belgian VAT.

Don't worry: registering an account does not mean you will automatically receive newsletters.

My electric projection screen does not retract completely. What should I do?

Don't worry! In exceptional cases, the screen's memory settings may change during transport, causing it not to retract completely.

On your product's packaging, you will find a QR code that takes you directly to the Memory Function setup instructions.

This simple procedure allows you to adjust and save both the maximum extension length and the fully retracted position.

The adjustment usually takes just a few seconds.

Where can I find my purchase invoice?

Your invoice is automatically sent to you by email after your purchase.
